Unless Health Canada and Lakeshore apprised the applicant with ALL of the requirements prior to issuing a ready to build permit it seems to me that should be grandfathered along with the zoning Mardi Gras we are seeing. Last time I looked Lakeshore authorized a building permit and didn't say one word about any difficulties UNTIL the building and grounds were completed. The whole thing stinks worse that a basket of dead fish on a tin roof in the Summer.
