According to NTEK's last filing,
The past four quarters have
shown net gains and increased assets continuing to show the Com
pany’s ability to continue as a going concern.
The Company's ability to meet its ongoing financial requirement
s is not dependent on management being able to
obtain additional equity and/or debt financing
How many OTC companies are turning out profits quarter after quarter? Not many. In fact, most have little choice but to dilute into the billions of shares just to stay afloat long enough, hopefully, to get their product or service to market. The beauty of NTEK is they are have several quarters of NET profits.
With the pps excessively low, it may be a nice time to start scooping up shares in a buyback.
I'm anxious to learn more about how UF is doing now that it's been up an operational, albeit on a limited scale, for some time now.
