the juxtaposition of OTCs new OTCQB rules- which i fully understand- relegating many SEC co's to pink current-
w the unique WOLV situation- stricter BC timeliness in reporting-
results in OTC stating WOLV is ''limited info'' while ''ce'' at the same time- something I've never seen before- a contradiction in terms for something to be limited info and ce at same time-
so the most logical explanation is OTC is waiting for BCSC to officially
withdraw its Oct 8 order- OTC really gets on a high horse when it comes to removing a ce
