Yes it is confusing as to why certain posters are saying it's a promo? OTC Dynamics actually giving the PR credit from "Stock Palooza". The Pump Tracker also stating PR was from Stock Palooza. And Pumps & Dumps stating it's a pump but you have to pay money to find out. Seems really fishy to me. Especially since iBlow was ranting about this yesterday?
