If I am remembering correctly there was talk of a dividend, be it a possible Special Dividend. This would be a way to enhance shareholder value.
I also say the Royalty is in the cards if the DX division was sold, this would be where the dividend would come from.
If a royalty happens, that would be consistent future earnings and prop up the PPS for the uplist.
The only way the flippers would get hurt is upside massive volume, but with any stock there are always flippers.
