Of course it does, as it does with every single person and business in Canada involved with MJ or MMJ.
Right now no person knows what the laws will be and therefore has no clue how to proceed. This also includes the governing bodies involved.
That is one of the reasons dumb asses can say whatever they want to right now. No facts supporting or opposing. Makes people who want to argue live's pretty simple. Not that they aren't anyway.
