Hate to see it dip this low, but any chance to average down is valuable. I agree with Picon. Let's focus on everything but the white noise. License, spin-off, town agreement, up-list, these things should occupy our attention. What should not cause us to fret is the unconfirmed information that is clearly only meant to defame and smear the reputation of others. I am not going to allow some internet blogs and a few people on internet message boards sway my decision to sell, just like I didn't rely on any of you to sway my decision to buy.
