let's be really clear here
colluding entities can absolutely go out years re: aggregate efforts and abusive *shares*
the key of course is always whether the targeted co. *survives*
and if it survives what the SS (share structure is)
most targeted OTC co.s are put in a position where they have to do a R/S
which of course is immediately *re-shorted* >> usually back below the pps where the R/S originated
which is why i've always noted PTOI's SS is to be *envied*
they don't need to do a R/S to uplist ...
reminder >> Float (as of my last check on 1.20.15) is less than 75Million shares
which brings me to the one *material event* that the colluding entities won't ignore re: P2O
$the seating of a slate of indy BoD candidates
that is when *entities* have no choice and will do what i call a partially laddered cover UP with that 8k filed
that is to say they will make PTOI a trading stock .. with cycles going up 25% .. reset back 10 to 15% ..
taken up again 25% .. reset back 10 to 15% .. and so it will go from that 8k filed ... till uplisting out
of the OTC cesspool to the (imo) Naz
which right now i'd say could happen in Q1 2016 re: P2O
as i've previously noted .. i can see the BoD seated in May .. with the AGM held in June
b4 that i can see >> national co. (known via the public domain) 8k'd and *articulating their intent* re: P2O
which for those of us who've had 6+ months to DD on them >> is imo *significant*
note to self: national co. is known via the public domain and has been since last summer
and since it's my belief that first agreements 8k'd in Jan are a template for *most* buyers of P2O prox
going forward >> i see the very real possibility of cash divs >> going forward starting in 2016
i see what is affectionately referred to as a cash cow .. en route re: royalties et al
i also won't be surprised if a 2nd buyer is 8k'd by May (pilot) with additional buyers in the pipeline
bottom line and why i always divorce my emotions from an OTC's pps .. is P2O survived
i've known that since RH was installed as Ceo in mid August 2013 ..
and that is why i noted contemporaneous to his becoming Ceo .. wicked gamble undertaken by colluding entities (ie decision to continue the *resets down via compression* that had been *in place* since mid 2012) would backfire rather spectacularly
the hole dug imo is 70Million to 80Million PTOI *shares*
hole could have been half of that with some *prudent* input to *entities* in 2013 .. but again when colluding entities are used
to CONtrolling outcomes re: OTC stox and co.s .. based on their SOP and MO .. arrogance comes to mind
curious to see how P2O/PTOI are *handled* with next round of material events filed by mgmt
