I do see the merger happening in the 1/2 half as that is on the agenda per Dr Jones Letter to the Shareholders for the 1st half
Uplisting is still years away unless GRCU ends up with some cash via either the merger are some huge sharks coming in and they buy out a company or two that is already in the buisness
Another potential senerio to uplist could take place if Rico rockets out of the gates and some type of joint venture takes place where GRCU is collecting weekly checks and the joint venture is a bottler with major nationwide distribution
