All it needs is one press release from the company that now owns Cinco Minas and BGL files for bankruptcy - because they'll have to get their accounts audited once that news comes out and take the C$10 m hit on the cost of the court case.
There will be no way they can carry on lying about still having an active court case if another company puts out a press release saying they've bought the mnes that BGL is disputing!
Then our share price starts to run - and BGL's share price goes down to a sixth decimal point and everyone who's been lending them money all these years finally realises it was BGL who were the scam all the way through.
