I guess it usually takes OTC 1-5 business days to upgrade the classification-maybe longer if they are waiting on official notice from BCSC
when such comes they should be listed as current pink-
under new OTC rules they need a bid price of 1c for ca 30 days or more-maybe 90 days -dont remember- and a $10,000 OTCQB surcharge to be listed on OTCQB, even though they are an SEC reporting company
so now many SEC reporting companies are listed on OTC markets as current pink
when such comes they should be listed as current pink-
