Form 10 Coming Very Soon
The Form 10 should any day now. Maybe even this week. I say this for 3 reasons:
1.) HHSE has already stated Form 10 is complete. They have 2 versions, one executed credit lines and one without. HHSE is waiting to try and include executed version. Otherwise, might release Form 10 and maybe 8-K later if required.
2.) Form 10 requires 2 years of Financial Audits. HHSE supposedly has completed 2012 and 2013. After 2/15/15 HHSE will have to include year 2014. Expect Form 10 before that date.
3.) HHSE Annual Shareholder Meeting February 28. Now way will HHSE not have released Form 10 with Audits by that date. Shareholders would revolt.
