EMXC will come off suspension per the SEC timeline in the attached link http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2012/34-66708.pdf and then go to the grey sheets which means that EMXC will not have a Market Maker sponsor thus no bid or ask and the stock can trade at whatever price (usually lower than before it was suspended) with no guarantee on a high or low price.

If and when EMXC gets all their filings and or any other information needed to be in compliance so that a Market Maker will again sponser them (so that EMXC can be quoted with a bid and ask again) the same Market Maker has to handle the filing of a Form 211 with FINRA, to sponsor the stock.

I have no idea if or when EMXC will have a Market Maker file Form 211 with FINRA, to sponsor the stock. I am hopeful that EMXC does what is needed to correct this A.S.A.P.
