The SEC needs to investigate the so-called proof providers! It's the "copper calling
the kettle black" in this case. If the prior BOD was simply incompetent in the face of all this tortious interference but was not fraudulent then they are the wrong folks to be investigated. IMO it could be possible the BOD made incorrect decisions that otherwise would not have been made if the tortious interference didn't exist.
