I feel in my opinion the waiting part for an updated press release never had anything to do with bgl. That bgl court case ruling was over with in August 2011 never to be revisited again. I feel something else has been holding up the next press release. In order to figure out what has been holding up another PR I feel it is important to continue to focus more on the existing current factual evidence. The problem I keep running into is I don't speak any Spanish and now I wish I had not chosen to take another history class in high school vs Spanish. I could really use it now! A simple phone call to the Mexican registry office in Mexico city regarding the company names and even a faxed or e-mailed copy of the current owners of Cinco Minas concession titles just might provide more details about current mining productions and what has been holding up another press release.
