One other important point to keep in mind folks-
Calkin and the rest of management have known for some time that they were going to be parting ways prior to the official announcement. Cruz bought his shares with full knowledge RC was leaving and was still willing and/or wanted to make the purchase.
He wouldn't have if he wasn't confident he would get a return on his money.
