The one title that still has BGL listed may be under the mining equipment they fleeced shareholders for 5 million to build, iirc.
Might be why the concession titles haven't been updated. BGL may have a lien on just that equipment and that is all. Maybe they have to move it off the land, but how, lol.
The same mining equipment they show in that bogus video. If they had a lien on it, maybe SRGE never used it while BGL took it to court, which would explain why it looks so decrepit.
Imo, all this time BGL only had a lien on that one small parcel with the old mill but SGRE/MSJ controlled all the rest.
