Wherever this is from it has successfully evaded Google:

It sounds familiar but I can't find it.
I expect that people holding PTOI shares who don't know the answers to those questions and don't know who the mythical national engineering firm is may look forward to your response as much as I do.
By the way, it amazes me that a national firm that employs "over 1,000 engineers" needs to have its identity protected from a couple of (probably fabricated) quacks making phone calls.
Finally, as you know my inadequate research has failed to identify James T and I have sought your assistance with that. Do you not know anything about him or will you be keeping that to yourself as well?
