Jay, I respectfully disagree with one of your points...........that TMMI will not release any info till after the lawsuit. They have been releasing a ton of info since the lawsuit started, and have made alot of progress with their R&D.
IMHO we may see a rev producing contract long before the lawsuit is concluded.......I don't think the Management is letting the lawsuit get in the way of showing TRUDEF at every opportunity, and nothing should hold up the signing of a nice fat contract. Just my two cents.
