LETS SET THE WITHDRAWL RECORD STRAIGHT
The Withdrawl request is for the original S-1 filing and all amendments that was originally filed in 2013 filing # 333-189845
This has to occur for the current S-1 filing #333-201468 filed 1/13/2015 to be allowed.
You cant have 2 filings for the same stock. The original withdrawl may have been worded wrong and had to include all the amendments, (which is why a new S-1 was filed...to clear up the situation)
This has NOTHINGto do with the current S-1 filing except to clear the way for approval.
Do not allow misinformation to sway your decision...look at the filings and see for yourself.
SOONwe will have a symbol for Canwealth and this will send ICBT much higher
