If the question how much do I think we'll get for our DX company/spin off or how much do I think we will get for our LymPro or our ALZ division, I personally don't think we should sell either our DX company or our LymPro/ALZ suite!
I think running and re-running tests for every BP testing for ALZ, early stage and also medicines will be an incredible cash cow for us over the next 18 months, and we don't need a sales force for that, so just provide the BP whatever they need through ICON.
Collect money , create more value then sell it for 1.5 to 2 billion. Plus milesstones and royalties as it gets FDA and CMS accepted/ reimbursed
But that's my view. I say take a bit more time and create 10x more value.
