This must have been a limit order. If you check the trades, you'll see the trades happened at the exact same time. The person set a limit order for 0,001 for a specific amount and he got 200.000 at 0,0001 and then 100.000 at 0,001. This means there were no more shares available at that time between 0,0001 and 0,001. This was no fat finger.
