Volume Weighted Average Price..... basically the mean...or average price of all trades for the day.

So....since SRGE is grey sheet, orders have to have a specific price and not an order at market price. ... if I'm not mistaken. If it was a market order the buyer, for instance, could put let's say 10 million shares at market with a stop of .001 and all that was available was 200k at .0001 and 100k at .001......However it doesn't appear this can be the case.

Also....could be an order to buy at .0004 and the order was filled with a vwap or essential PPS of .0004 for the 300k.

Now this is assuming both buys originated from the same order.

There is the possibility that they are 2 separate orders..... and 1 was fat fingered? ????

Also, as I'm sure most of us have seen the intense manipulation of 5 and 6th digit trades over past few weeks bringing stocks from .0001 to .000001 ..... and so on.... There could be something completely different going on.

There could also be the possibility that it hit the tape wrong and the buyer will have his account funds adjusted accordingly.....may or may not be adjusted for the public....

All in all.... A strange thing to see....time will tell I suppose.
