Shorts are sometimes the companies biggest fans! They turn long
People in the OTC penny land are just so greedy,
if they think it should be at .10 and its trading at .04 they will try to push it down to .02 or .03.
Then they stock up and get 3 or 4 times as many shares,
and make a killing on the way up!
Think about it if YOUR the one pushing the PPS down, you know it is going to rebound.
This is pure manipulation! The company's market cap is a joke, they would never sell it to you fr anywhere close to that!
so the "ACTUAL VALUE" and what the PPS says the value is can be off TREMENDOUSLY in the OTC market!
