Dining out is becoming a regular occurrence in the Dallas area. Households dine out anaverage of 4 times per week (Texas Restaurant Association), and continue to seek different cuisines. PHD can create a “niche” for its patrons, if properly executed. The addition of a lunch or dinner menu will also increase the opportunity to attract patrons. Catering to the casual dining market requires good service, excellent food, and a memorable environment.
