It is exactly what Bill did in July...it will sit at this level too long before news then the pop won't be much at all just like in December. .0002s to .0006s then selling for all those people who got lucky in getting .0002s-.0003s. It appears thin but then the ask gets reloaded by smart traders who know not to stack the ask, just keep the appearance of it being that way then sell their millions of shares in increments of a few millions. Rinse, repeat...frustrating...
