A few things are odd about this. We know that Mr. F is a failed ice cream scooper and failed "golf pro" who looks like he was debrained with a 9-iron. What about Mr. T? Who is this third person involved with EcoNavigation, and why is he still hiding? I suspect a bit more DD might identify him as the felon being referenced, exactly as you suggest.
Furthermore, why are they always giving themselves corporate titles here and elsewhere (and changing those titles depending on the venue)? EcoNavigation LLC is an LLC, where, unlike a corporation, there are no CEO's, COO's, presidents, secretaries, or any other corporate title. There are only members and managers in an LLC.
Are these people just uneducated about the management structure of LLCs, and can't afford a real lawyer who would set them straight? Or are they purposely trying to be deceitful? Any other possible explanations?
