From what I understand the VIX or volatility index is at 20.00 and that is pretty high so the pennies and O.T.C. in general will be the first to get hit hard. Could be a volatile year for the market. People could be selling to get into treasuries and bonds at this time. preparing to weather the storm. I'm weathering the storm here, it shall pass and and sunny days will be here soon.
