The CEO finally said yesterday what I have been saying all along and that the otcbb is not the place to be. The real question is why did Gerald go public on the otcbb in the first place? We now he has said the market conditions weren't right to get onto NASDAQ. But would he have been better off not getting onto the otcbb in the first place? I think he had no choice. Staying private would have meant eventual bankruptcy and the only way to survive is to dilute itself into almost irrelevancy as it is now. The question is if Gerald can dig his company out of the huge hole it has dug for itself? We still wait for some sort of revenue guidance.
