Wrong it's 3 days not 20 days that current shareholders can't sell sometimes it could be 4 days depending on the brokers. the 20 days (trading days) is only how long the "D" stays on the Symbol before getting back it's original ticker.

YOU WROTE: You'll be able to buy the new shares. but not sell the old shares for 20 business days...I don't think any of us shareholders are going to be happy campers after that 20 days.
