I don't see a lot of flippers but I do see a group manipulating the pps most likely from iHub. If you watch L2 you can see CDEL & ETRF working together and exchanging shares. It is easy to spot when there is little to no buyers. And you can see them put up large walls and bid whack when they want this to go down. JMO.
