Please forgive me if I'm mistaken but notes/agenda/ issues and background info for issues under discussion are usually included with the proxy or in a mailer sent beforehand to let the shareholder know the facts. Therefore it won't be Feb 27th, but around Jan 27th that we find out what is on the table.Interesting times!
