I believe between April to June. (2nd qtr) we will have Lympro sold and at that time the up list. The closer we get to the 2nd qtr the PPS will rise due to anticipation. Whatever the PPS by the end of the qtr we will know what ratio the R/S will be if any.
The faster we are on the Nasdeq the better, once this happens big money will buy providing Biotech is still hot overall.
