Cruz converted notes to 21mm restricted. Was there another 20mm purchased? I know IG was falsely leading people to believe that cruz would quickly file to have the register changed with the TA so he could dilute the shares into the market. This of course, did not happen and it still very much behooves him to have the PPS much higher than the 5/100th he'd realize now. I believe it was a November or December conversion so we have a ways to go before Cruz can even make a decent cent on what he's got. That leads me to believe they will do everything in their power to release Rico in a timely manner, advertise it and upgrade their sites and products as quickly as possible.
