I'm thinking .004 to .006 on the trading symbol and up and over a few cents once it starts trading and Canwealth issues news to drive the stock higher.

I see the former CEO posted on ihub. Bashers are still at it too with lies.

I read the filing and don't see an IPO for now. Shares coming on the market look like they are for former shareholders of USG1 finally trading them. The ones Mantis mentioned had to be released to make a public float prior to FINRA issuing a trading symbol. The company receives none of the proceeds from the sale.

Filings are always hard to understand. Am I missing something?
