Even if Treaty did have the money to file the financials how could they possibly complete them when some of the previous admin. are not cooperating with the audtitors. The same one's currently involved in the current mess.
So they file info that's incorrect. We're screwed ..... They don't file because they can't complete them. We're screwed.
Though I question our Gov't on many issues, I do not believe they would purposely go out of their way to harm 1300 plus shareholders who are victims here when I'm told that the issues Treaty has with The SEC are regulatory and not criminal. Only what was posted on another board.
