No response. I understand Victor could not give out any detailed information in a facebook post but I did expect some type of acknowledgement. Something along the lines of "I hope to be updating shareholders shortly." Unfortunately, nothing.

Victor is basically a one man show at this time. He may have plans in mind but it just does not look right when he is posting his ski adventures both day and night.

Lack of capital has ruined several ventures he was hoping would be big. He needs to address shareholders on what he has done to turn this around and whether or not he has found that capital.

He made a promise a year ago that he would keep shareholders informed. Whether there is good news or bad, it would be great if he kept his promise and shared the news.

Hopefully, some of you are communicating with Victor. If so, please share what you know.

The rest of us faithful shareholders would appreciate it.
