I have lots of research regarding Barry Baker! Here is how he planned to pay back investors on NorCal Grows (Ikingdom). He gave them two imaginary options Rotfl!
The options are:
Option 1 : A Complete return on investment in Year 1 with 5% of net
revenues being paid for each harvest over 5 years. Paid in six increments
per year over 5 years.
Option 2: 50% of investment being paid in each of years 1 and 2 with 10% of net revenues being paid for each harvest over 10 years. Paid in six increments per year over 10 years.
