TNL, I read that letter and say to myself; "if I were a successful businessman with a few hundred thousand to invest in this proposed plan then why would I need investors? Why deal with the SEC? If Baker, Bedore, or Calkin had any success over the years then don't they have money? According to that letter the plan is simple, sound and a good one. Calkin and Bedore know the business and have connections so why not just go hire the right people, rent/buy warehouses, buy the equipment and start the grow-ops? Why wouldn't they have been doing this already after so many years? We have all these new CO, WA, and CA entrepreneurs growing weed while The Three Stooges are still wallowing over deals and causing fraud/scams? Speaks volumes IMO!
