I'm dealing with that in our group. Still doing the necessary DD to bring it to an acceptable level of risk.
We have to ensure that everything we want done, can be done.
The company cannot take donations, and we'll have to make sure we have an amount necessary to complete the issues, or at least bring us far enough along to make a noticeable difference.
There is already a trust account w can work with.
