The way I look at it is : Treaty needs money to pay for the filings and get the SEC off their ass. Lets say TECO needs $100,000,00. If we could get 1000 shareholders to donate $100.00 each or 500 shareholders $200.00 Mr. T would have some working capital and our investment which is in the thousands would be saved.
