And here's another thought why I think she is incorrect. The claim that Treaty did wrong is only an accusation. But again the way the US is going to hell maybe and accusation is the same as being found guilty. Without a trial.
What if The SEC can't prove the charge's pending against Treaty.
Like I siad, her comment only should be the investigation is ongoing and nothing more can be said. Innocent till proven guilty. Right ? At least that's what I remember
