IMHO doing any kind of Ad / Marketing Campaign would be wasted time and money on AMBS part - best to get the dreaded RS over with and perform an add campaign once uplisted. Institutional won't touch this on the OTC and the Micro/Macro Caps woun't venture a stake in AMBS with the threat of a potential huge RS loomimg...
