I'm thinking maybe 1% of any penny stock I have ever played had an open share structure. Of the other 99% I have never personally called any company out on that issue. It is my investment decision to make. I'm either in or out. I don't find it necessary to rant and rave about the workings of the company or attempt to control or manipulate the CEO. They are the business man. I am the money guy. Period. This is a speculative penny stock for God's sake! Even a greenhorn like me understood that much on day one!
