Long time reader of this forum. It seems to me like Bill is trying to do everything he can to get this company rolling. I mean he met with the so called disgruntled land owners and in his words tried to buy them out. The big hurdle is the zoning issue, in my opinion even if Cen gets shut out in Lakeshore he will find a new area to produce product. I feel because this is such a new emerging industry Bill won't throw in the towel quickly. Think about all this negative press we are getting. Why would they waste their time on a penny stock??? Smells like the competition to me.
