If AMBS can spin off the diagnostic division onto NASDAQ with the backing of a few big brokerage firms, then you have visibility where you need it. That visibility will help attract the investment money that AMBS will never get on the OTCBB. IMO, and as you many know, it is being on the OTCBB that is killing this stock right now. The one thing I do not know is if reverse financial engineering means that the spin off on NASDAQ can then go back and buy out AMBS on the OTCBB if need be?
