That's the million dollar question. WHY are we still at .08cents????
I'm sure after all the recent events, Gerald and company are disappointed the PPS didn't budge.
The biggest reason is the OTC is dominated by penny flippers and day-traders not "Investors".
Most Tuts won't and can't invest in penny stocks no matter how compelling the science.
Let's face it 900m is alot of shares and another 1b authorised.
Unless we get blindsided by some type of financial engineering, We are facing a large R/S. I am bracing for a 1/20 -1/50 unless things change.
