Scorpex, Inc. (Pinksheets: SRPX) (the "Company"), in an effort to update shareholders regarding previously announced business objectives and timelines, announces the following anticipated events:

1. Preliminary approval is anticipated for the Company’s city permits from the City of Ensenada, Mexico during April, 2012;


2. 2011 audit completion is expected during April, 2012; and


3. Groundbreaking for the Company’s first facility is expected during the 3 ^rd  Quarter 2012 as previously reported.
