When the licensed is issued you'll be glad we're in Canada. As to why nothing 'legally' has happened it's because there is nothing 'legally' the company has done wrong.

This OTC market, the blogs and investment 'gurus' are in a muddy sandbox. It's their sandbox and we longs have come to play in it. The challenge the longs have is that the sandboxes we are accustomed to have kids who don't lie, cheat, steal, bully, tease and continually throw sand in our eyes. This box belongs to them and we will never be apart of it because we don't lie, cheat, steal, bully and tease.

So for now we are just visiting but soon we will be in another sandbox with older kids. Be patient and remember these kids never leave this sandbox and sometimes are banned from playing at all.
