Slide 57 - Preparing for Listing on to NASDAQ
It's going to happen sooner than later. Never mentioned as a milestone in the slides so could happen anytime. Since the spinoff or sale of the Dx is targeted for Q2 and the uplist was targeted for end of 2014, one wasn't dependent on the other.
Was the thought that ESS, Lympro launch, Lympro numbers, ODD, Georgetown option, etc. the catalysts to drive the price to within uplist distance. Maybe or is the best yet to come. Either way, I'd like to see them uplist sooner to get institutional investors onboard.
Folks are flipping for 10-20% gains. Uncanny how they always buy at the lowest point and sell at the top. Every time. I guess if you are flipping 10000 shares it's possible for gain of a dinner and a movie. Will they be chasing one morning and miss out on 200%, 400%, 1000%, etc. gains. That's what I am betting on, with their chase driving the price even higher.
Small ball vs. long ball, different strategy, different style, maybe a different outcome. Should be entertaining.
